I really want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for how great it all went! We are all so surprised and so happy how nice you have welcomed us as a customer and have now made this server move possible for us at short notice. I’ve already experienced a lot, but the guys who looked after us really did a great job, impressive! Everyone with whom we had contact in your house so far are so incredibly nice and uncomplicated, we weren’t used to that at all.
The IT team, with the support of consulting, naturally threw itself off the weekend and carried out this server move so professionally, everything went so fantastic, nobody expected that, any small to medium-sized catastrophes were usually on the agenda.
You surely know yourself what great guys you have there, but I wanted to express this personally again and just say THANK YOU for everything.

Ich möchte mich mal wirklich von Herzen bedanken wie toll das alles geklappt hat! Wir sind alle so überrascht und so happy, wie nett Sie uns bei sich als Kunde aufgenommen haben und nun auch kurzfristig diesen Serverumzug für uns ermöglicht haben. Ich habe schon viel erlebt, aber die Jungs, die uns da betreut haben, haben ja echt so klasse gearbeitet, beeindruckend! Alle, mit denen wir bislang in Ihrem Haus Kontakt hatten sind so unfassbar nett und unkompliziert, wir waren das überhaupt nicht mehr gewohnt.
Das IT Team mit der Unterstützung vom Consulting, hat sich mit einer Selbstverständlichkeit das Wochenende um die Ohren gehauen und diesen Serverumzug derart professionell durchgeführt, alles hat so fantastisch geklappt, damit hat bei uns eigentlich keiner gerechnet, irgendwelche kleinen bis mittleren Katastrophen waren sonst immer an der Tagesordnung.
Sie wissen sicher selbst, was für großartige Jungs Sie da haben, aber ich wollte dies nochmals persönlich zum Ausdruck bringen und einfach DANKE sagen, für alles.

Since the beginning of 2020, we have been able to improve our workflow in consulting by introducing Microsoft Teams and Trello. Due to the different locations, the discontinuation of ISDN and changed opening times, we have recognized the need for modern landline telephony. The experts from COMP.net GmbH advised us well when planning, installing and introducing a 3XC telephone system. The transfer worked smoothly on the deadline without missing a customer call. We are convinced of the performance and professional competence of the specialist in service and organization of COMP.net GmbH. A real partnership and availability even with time-critical problems. COMP.net has been our partner since 2002, among other things for IT security, storage and backup solutions and general support for the server landscape. What we particularly appreciate are the short response times. Even if there is an emergency at the weekend, someone is quickly available. Of course, the fact that the company headquarters are very close to us is also a great advantage. Der Transfer funktionierte am Stichtag reibungslos ohne daß wir einen Kundenanruf verpasst haben.
